TRAIN. HORNS. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. :( The park is right next to a road that crosses a busy rail line. Trains come through every 1-2 hours, night and day, and they sound their horns at this and other nearby crossings. It was impossible for us to get a decent night's sleep, as we were awakened each time a train came through. I'm glad we were there for only one night.

Otherwise, this is a nice park. Well laid-out, good signage, thoughtfully placed utility connections, and very long pull-through sites--long enough that we were able to remain hitched up in our 63' long rig. There's a lovely pool, although we didn't get to use it. Easy access from the I-20 frontage road. Plenty of maneuvering room on the interior roads for big rigs. Surprisingly, there was not much noise from the highway...or maybe it was drowned out by the trains.

My only other minor complaint is with the service before and during our stay. The reservation process is manual. They have a computerized reservation system, according to the owner, but they're not using it. Instead, you fill out an online form and wait for a call back. Your credit card number is taken over the phone. I played phone tag with the owner, which was somewhat inconvenient. Their system sent a confirmation email with our site number, but later I got another email telling me that my payment was overdue. I checked with the owner and learned that this message was generated automatically because he didn't charge our card until we arrived. That makes sense, but there must be some way to disable the "past due" email. More critically, when we arrived, the office was locked (4 pm on a Saturday afternoon), nobody was around, and there were no instructions for how to check in. Fortunately I had the owner's phone number from our previous calls. He thought he had texted me the check-in instructions, but later discovered that he'd forgotten to send them, for which he apologized. We got another automated "past due" email the morning of our departure, apparently because the owner hadn't yet run our card. Again, these were all minor annoyances, but surprising for a brand-new park when there are clearly systems in place to easily handle all this automatically.

We would not stay here again only because of the train noise. If you're a VERY sound sleeper, though, Tebo Station is a great place for an overnight stop.

What a beautiful RV park. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. The sites are large and very well maintained! The roads throughout the park are wide. The bathrooms, laundry room and clubhouse and pool are immaculate! Shout out to Hiladio for the care he takes to maintain the cleanliness. It was great chatting with him the little bit we did. We felt like part of the family.

Communication with the owner was top notch and he was very responsive with any questions we had. Stores, resturants and gas stations are nearby.

We will 100% stay at Tebo Station the next time we are passing through.

Thank you Brad and Hiladio!

We've been staying here for a month. We moved in before they were officially open. The owners couldn't be more friendly and accommodating! There's been a lot of work going on to finish up everything but they always communicate what's going on. The amenities are great! We use the pool nearly every day. They have 8 washers and 8 dryers that are free to use, a gym with new equipment, clubhouse with TV's, a large couch and plenty of stools to sit and watch over the pool well as 4 shower rooms.

I've also never seen roads as wide in an RV park. It makes it so easy to get in and out!

The lots are large with a large grass space and full hookups.

All in all, I couldn't recommend Tebo Station RV park any higher!!

We loved it here! We stayed here for months. The management is great. The maintenance is great! The grounds stay clean. The grass stays good for dogs. The laundry is INCLUDED. And the laundry facility is always so nice and clean (and smells great!) The showers are always nice and clean with great water pressure and hot water. The little gym is great for mild workouts. Never got to use the swimming pool, but it looked like a nice little pool. Maintenance always stays on top of keeping it spotless.

The couch in the clubhouse is so comfortable. You can sink into it and watch movies while doing your laundry.

The only reason we moved, is the sound. I could handle the highway noise and the train horn. But the jets taking off from Dyess were just too much for me and my dog.

If you can handle the jet noise, this place is awesome and a great price too!

(Added bonus is the beautiful texas sunsets)

Nice new RV Park, large spaces, easy access for all rigs. Lots of trees started and grass by all sites. Full hook ups. Really nice clubhouse with super nice "free" laundry. Nice shower rooms, workout room and a media room. Really nice lounge with nice tvs. Only been open for about 6 or 7 months. Manager friendly and present during day. Owner very nice and friendly, he handles reservations. Decent WiFi, super coverage, fiber to access points. Stayed two nights. Dollar General easy walking distance. Road noise present as you are right next to Interstate 20 not offensive, some train noise. Some plane noise if Air Force is doing manuvers.
