The RV camping area is on the south side on the grass by the picnic shelters.
30 amp electric and water.
Flush bathrooms but no dump station.
Free for 1 night then $15 per night after.
Free RV camping for one night, $15 after can't be beat. It also doesn't have all those pesky thorns found at gravel lots. Electric and water! I didn't look for sewer dump but I think it's here, too.
If you find yourself in the middle of Texas in the dead heat of the summer with a/c and generator trouble then Hamlin is the place to be. Thank goodness for this little gem of a park , generously provided by the city. We had to dog down to 30 amp but one ac is better than none! And being on a Sunday no less, meaning no repair shops open. Thank you, thank you city of Hamlin! This literally was a life saver for my 70 year old mom and our two little fur babies!!!
Very quiet, easy to find, clean and right off the hwy. I did not use the facilities but if judging from the look of the park in general, I'm sure they were clean
We were here in a 34 ft class a towing and had no problem getting in or out, it was very dry so not sure what it's like when it rains. I'm guessing from the dry pond, it doesn't rain much.
Great place to stop for the night . RV hookups, bathroom, and first night free after that $25 per night.
Well cared for City Park ,freshly mowed grass, no trash in sight. The entrance was a bit tight but exit is just past ball field, has no overhead and road is wider.
Stayed our one free night enroute home. Left park as clean as we found it.
