The island village of Cedar Key off the west-central coast of Florida is joined by a causeway and three bridges across four miles of shallow salt marsh. It is Florida’s second oldest settlement and the end point of naturalist John Muir’s thousand mile walk to the Gulf.
Cedar Key, which still looks like a frontier town in places, has developed a reputation for its artisan shops and seafood restaurants along Dock Street. Commercial fishermen farm clams, which have become a culinary icon.
The Cedar Key RV Resort is an RV resort and campground located less than 10 minutes from historic Cedar Key, Florida. With large concrete pads, averaging 45×80 ft in size or larger, RV owners and campers will enjoy only the best features including a beautiful heated pool, very clean bathhouses, lots with paved roads, concrete patios, wireless internet, Cable TV and full hookups with 30-50 amps.
Pets are always welcome at the Cedar Key RV Resort and we have a special dog park. What you won’t find are traffic jams, red lights, franchises or high rises! Our focus is your peace and tranquility while you stay with us.

Wow such a beautiful park! My husband and I have stayed here numerous times , the sites are HUGE and each one has a large cement pad. The restrooms are large and always spotless. They also have a amazing clubhouse with a kitchen that the guess may use along with a large screen TV and many books and movies you can checkout. The staff are very friendly and helpful too!
We’re did lived there 2years.Loved the campground.Everything was clean and the personal was nice.We left because of health issues.
We are a Lot owner in this park as we have been here for over a year now. This is one of the most beautiful RV Parks in the area. The lots are very wide and open as it is nice not to have RVs on top of each other as we have experienced on our previous travels. All the lots have concreted pads to park your RV on plus a concrete deck area. All the Roads in the Park are Paved and in great shape. The Pool and the Pickle ball Courts have been recently Updated. You will not find any park that is perfect but overall, we are very happy to be owners here as it’s a nice getaway for us, especially seeing the beauty of Cedar Key. Be aware that the previous 2 ratings below are revenge ratings of previous owners that had issues with the rules of the park, it’s really a nice place to Stay.
Met up with some friends from Wisconsin. We stayed here for 3 weeks and we absolutely love the resort spacious sites super clean. The staff was fantastic. Meredith and her husband especially were wonderful. We visited Cedar Key and ate at Steamers restaurant twice. Traveled to Chiefland, which is about 20 miles away and ate at barbecue Billies twice. It was wonderful, great salad bar, great barbecue and reasonably priced.
