Jeff is the most amazing person you could ever meet. It's not often you run into someone like this at an RV park. This is the place to come if you're anywhere near Weeki-wachee!!!

I visited. Seems neat and tidy and quiet. I loved the artistic flare injected into the location. It's quite small and cramped but not in a bad way. Vending machine and restrooms available to residents and probably much more. Sign in at office.

What a gem of a place. My husband and I were impacted by Hurricane Idalia, and were looking for a place to park our Travel Trailer for a few nights.

After numerous calls to local RV parks, with no results, I called Cody's and spoke to Jeff, the owner. Not only did he give us a place to stay, at no charge, his wife Kim also brought us a care package!

The park is a whimsical, beautiful park, with many amenities. A beautiful lake with a new dock, nice bath houses, and laundry room.

I really hate to leave, and we plan on returning when we can.
