The most helpful front desk staff! Thank you for making us feel welcomed and for answering all of our questions. We can't wait to stay there beginning in June 🏕💕

Booked a spot for 45 ft coach and it was nearly impossible to get in it. Very tight spots, on top of each other. Fully booked, so they could not move us. But lots of smaller campers on the bigger spots. Older park with nice amenities but needs updating and maintenance. Ant piles everywhere including a 2 ft size ant pile next to our utilities. Grass was cut but full of weeds and stickers. Has been raining and spots muddy. We will not stay here again. They put us in a grassy muddy spot.

Despite what some others posted about permanent campers, we found this campground nice and clean. Yes, there are a lot of permanent residents, but they are for the most part in a separate section of the campground. The staff was helpful and put us on much nicer paved lots because our reserved lots were muddy from the recent storms. Pool was heated, bathrooms clean, grounds clean and maintained. We were very happy.

This is a great place to stay near Daytona. Not a high end Encore but has all the amenities. Pool etc. We stayed in RV but only had 30 amp which is fine for us. Had sewer and water. Would stay here again!!!

We have stayed at this rv park in the past, but we're especially disappointed this past week.

It seems the resort has become more of a year-round residents' trailer park, with fewer campers, RVs.

Our site was so uneven it was very difficult to unhook our trailer hitch from our truck. We had to buy a supplemental air compressor for refilling our air shocks.

The trash dumpsters are on a potholed lane, which in this rainy week became a mud pit.

The campground was overrun with cats! They climbed on anything I put outside. On 2 occasions they darted inside my camper when the door was ajar briefly. Children darted onto our site chasing their cats from under our trailer and off our outdoor table while I was cooking outdoors!

Dogs peed and poo'd everywhere. We came outdoors to pack up this morning to find dog poo directly in front of our golf cart.

I do not believe the park aligns with Encore or Thousand Trails standards.
