The RV park was really nice with all the necessary amenities & just minutes from Disney...... but the checkin was rocky because there was no one available at 5 30 PM even though I was assured there would always be someone there when I made my reservation. Call the after-hours number & no answer. Thankfully, one of the residents provided guidance
It’s a lovely park. The shaded patio by the pool was very nice. We had interaction with Sebastian. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice too!
Convenient location for our stay in Florida. Park is well maintained by the maintenance staff. Sebastian was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I do wish that the pools were cleaner.. I was sun bathing and went to cool off and there was hair, dead bugs and just gunk floating, that’s pretty gross. so I went and showered off immediately. I tried the other pool and it wasn’t very clean either. I love to swim and felt I couldn’t. Other than that I can tell they are trying to keep up with the park. I would love to see more trees.
Honestly, we had no issues and were recommending Lake Magic until checkout. We found an issue with our slide and were troubleshooting when we were advised that we would be charged for late checkout. We explained the problem but there was no understanding. My husband successfully fixed the issue and we were able to leave within 2 hours of the checkout time. But we were still charged the fee. The explanation was that they need to be able to turn around a site for the next guest. But with entire rows of empty sites throughout the park, that doesn't ring true. We asked them to remove the fee and were then told that they would do so and also put a warning on our membership for the future that we would not follow the policies. We were warned by other members but wanted to form our own opinion. If you're a TT member, maybe consider a different park for your stay.
Our accommodations were wonderful. The park is in a lovely setting. Sebastian was very helpful with questions we had along the way. We’ll return again next year if all goes well.
