Honestly, we had no issues and were recommending Lake Magic until checkout. We found an issue with our slide and were troubleshooting when we were advised that we would be charged for late checkout. We explained the problem but there was no understanding. My husband successfully fixed the issue and we were able to leave within 2 hours of the checkout time. But we were still charged the fee. The explanation was that they need to be able to turn around a site for the next guest. But with entire rows of empty sites throughout the park, that doesn't ring true. We asked them to remove the fee and were then told that they would do so and also put a warning on our membership for the future that we would not follow the policies. We were warned by other members but wanted to form our own opinion. If you're a TT member, maybe consider a different park for your stay.
