Drove by in 2021 and had to stop to check out the cute Xmas lights.
Very welcoming hosts.
They helped us to park, our stay went smooth, the water pressure was good.
During our stay we lost the power a couple of times, it happens from time to time in this area.
The location was good.
Laundry has a coin machine so you don't need to hunt for change.
Very well maintained park with nice wide sites. Would definitely rate 5 stars if they upgraded the wifi. Road noise from very busy rt 305 could bother some.
We stayed with this park and it's decent in size and very clean but when it comes to the money part expect to pay a heavy price especially( summer rate for 4 weeks $1,734.14 ) if you leave half way through a month's pay they won't refund the remaining funds given for a four week stay if you leave earlier within those 4 weeks we just lost over $800 I'm told due to rules they have they say which we never saw. I don't know about most people but money is hard at times and it could have helped us. I feel this was bad business on their part. Hence the low score of stars.
Management is competent and helpful, among other things assuring that homes and lots are well kept; landscaping on mobile home (north) side is especially nice (including a few quiet RV lots.) Water/septic generally reliable. Residents are as friendly as YOU are. For long-term residence, COPD/asthma sufferers or folks who walk the park for exercise may wish to be aware that a dozen or so residents heat at least partially with wood, so smoke may be a seasonal issue.
