I love this campground because it's quiet and convenient. Close to the Olympic national forest. Not pretentious. Near town. There is always space. It's not super exotic, but it is very comfortable and accessible. I have only had positive experiences here.
The price is right @ $20. However, it's right next to Highway 101 and quite noisy at night with truck traffic ignoring the 30 mph speed limit. Great beach past the Oyster plant on the Sound...
Nice little campground! Pretty clean and right off the road/easy to get to. The interior sites are pretty open without much privacy. I recommend the sites in the back. We stayed in #9 up front, which had some trees between the other sites but it's by a water spigot that has locals filling up all night. Kept us up and woke us up at all hours, that's why 3 stars
Beautiful place! Price isn’t bad, close to the road but if you park in back road noise isn’t bad. We have a 42’ 5th wheel, and we never would have gotten in here if my husband wasn’t an excellent driver.
The spots are big enough, but the road is fairly narrow and lined with huge trees. Wouldn’t suggest it if you not very comfortable backing up and repositioning your 5th wheel
Stopped in and walk a bit to stretch my legs. Very clean, nice place to camp, have a picnic, stop n rest a bit!
The covered eating area is very cool. Nice craftsmanship.
The old tractor is cool.
