We stayed in a Yurt for a night as we were passing through. Very close to everything if needed, but also put back to it was quiet and relaxing. The yurt was clean and super cute, directly across from bathhouse that was clean and updated. Everything was great, easy check in, easy to find, only recommendation of turning AC on for guests few hours before guests arrive as it was very hot in there for first few hours until it cooled it down.

I reserved tiny house #5 a month before our stay. And 2 hours before the check in time on our way to Montrose I received a call saying they have to cancel our stay due to electrical issue. The fact that they waited 2 hours before check in time to inform us that they are cancelling our stay is unacceptable. I have tried to call them to make sure I get my refund but no one is answering the phone call. I have two kids with me and had to sleep in our car for the night because all the hotels in the area are booked and the $350+ that I paid isn’t refunded yet. I’m beyond upset because I made sure to book way in advance so our vacation will be stress free.

Spent 2 nights in Tiny Cabin 1. Great little place, convenient location on the edge of Montrose. Nice, clean accommodations. Be advised, Tiny Cabin 1 has a loft sleeping area and requires you to climb a little ladder to access. No problem for us, but it may be a challenge for some. Highly recommend! The Mexican restaurant next door is AMAZING!
