Great location in a beautiful area. Right on the river, walking distance to downtown and hot springs. Our cabin was roomy, cute, clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Resort and Restaurant have amazing and attentive staff. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back!
My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend. Great amenities ( 2 hot tubs, 15 min walk to downtown, safe/quiet/ cozy atmosphere, etc.). I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Ouray.
Our host frequently texted us throughout our stay about ongoing events in the town, deals, and things to do! Very helpful.
10/10 experience!
We have stayed here two times over the last few years and have always had a wonderful experience. We stayed in the riverfront rustic cabins and felt that we had all the amenities we needed. The shared bathhouse is clean, the cabins are very cute and cozy (and stay warm during the winter)! We love being right on the river and went cross country skiing from our doorstep. Great place to stay while ice climbing at the park.
We stayed here last summer and it was an amazing experience! We stayed in one of the “everything” cabins and it was right in front of the river which was great for our kids. The cabin was spotless, and very cozy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, they also made sure we knew about getting the s’mores kit for the kiddos. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but the common area was very clean and well taken care of. The views were spectacular and we’re planning on coming back again come summer!
The pictures online were taken during spring. It's not a resort. The walkways and stairs on second floor are steel grating like what you would see in a prison. Don't use luggage on wheels. The staff were welcoming and courteous. I went in winter and it was muddy everywhere. I had a nice view though. Room was comfortable, clean, and small.
