First want to state we love the rock!! We have been here twice now. We love that the bus will pick us up for tubing and there is no driving needed by my group! Everybody is so friendly and helpful!!
The last camping trip we had here, our truck broke down and Heather was so nice on checking in with us and allowing us to store the camper on the big field until we could come back up and get it safely.
We love the views of the sites here. Drinks are cold! People are so friendly!! We will be back soon!
This place is awesome! The staff are amazing and try to accommodate however they can. There's an awesome trail around the rock, Heather is a great manager and very kind. The Bar staff are very attentive (Tim, Jen and Alex) and they have a decent pizza for like 10 bucks. If you stay here over the weekend it's a MUST you try the pulled pork nachos from the food truck. They have rafting down the river too. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars all across the board, is because there is no sewer at each site and I'm bujee, so I look for full hook ups for my camper. Otherwise, I'd give this place 10 stars. It's definitely a place to remember.
Wish there was more things for the children to do at the campground- a playground/jungle gym, a splash pad or pool, etc. But as an adult campground it is good. Love the food trucks that were there this weekend! The bartenders were always good.
We've been staying here once or twice a year since Fred, Heather and Julie took over about 6 years ago. Our group, the Badgerland Jet Pilots also take over the entire campground for 5 days following Memorial Day for our annual jet ski freeride/charity event. Heather is excellent to work with and manages the place with nothing but professionalism and a true desire to keep the customers happy. Yeah, it's leans towards being a party place, so keep that in mind - and you'll be sure to enjoy yourself. Prices for everything are also very reasonable.
A beautiful spot for great drinks and the nicest people ever. Heather went to great lengths to return my wallet to me that I’d lost here. So much fun and I can’t wait to go back!
