Excellent! Love the atmosphere there. Husband stayed for 8 months for work, and we visited weekends to the camp site, and girls and me loved it, very friendly neaborhood and staff. Hope to visit again for pleasure.

This campground is ok, but the maintenance man does not make anyone feel welcome. We apparently broke the law by entering the pool after dark and maintenance man came in and barked at us like a junkyard dog. We had read the rules in the book given to us, which made no mention of hours ( see attached photo of pool rules). We left without argument. This guy is also VERY bad at spotting a camper while backing in; he communicates very poorly. So good job at making people feel unwelcome. We'll be sure never to stay here again and encourage others to stay anywhere else.

Do yourself a favor, avoid this campground and grouchy, miserable maintenance guy.

Very nice place love it here. Visiting my parents have been for years. This year especially, the pool is super clean and nice. I do miss going over the bridge looking for pigs. Over all a great place to winter.

We're staying here for the month of March 2022. It's a pretty decent trailer park. Love the people working and staying here full time. All very friendly and helpful. The people are all pretty quiet, but the road noise does get a bit annoying sometimes, especially if you're staying close to the highway. We're fortunate to be staying near the back. Also, between midnight and 6 am, there isn't much road noise.

At the back of the trailer park is good sized meadow and a canal. Great place to walk and view a bit of wildlife, like big birds and an alligator or two.

Was supposed to go and stay for two months. I found out on February 15th that I had 2 tumors in my hand that required immediate surgery. I called to see if I could get get my 200.00 dollar refund. I was told no because I didn't not give them a month's notice. I advised her I did not know month ago. She had no compassion. I asked to speak to someone else. She advised me that she was the manager. I asked to speak to owner, she stated there was about about 20 owners. That's the policy so nothing can be done. That just shows you what big corporations do. No heart. They will rent that spot, I know this and so do they and keep my money how sad. Buyer be conscious of what you are getting into. Greed is sad. It's not like I didn't want to go. But my health is important. Enjoy my money.Hope you never need to ask for a refund. But karma is karma. Very nice when they want your money, but when you want it back because of a health issue. Attitude change. So sad.
