Nice place to visit. Super Management! Clean and well kept. Home owner lot maintained.
Lake Deer is a very nice park. Great people who love to have fun and that treat you like family. Managers, Bonnie and Larry, have done tons of work and the park is looking better than ever.
I bought a small place here in July. I've had no problems. The management and residents have been nothing but kind.
Update... owners & management have changed. Lot rent has gone up every year, promises made for upgrades & maintenance have not been kept, management is gets very defensive about little things & say things like "it's not my problem"... have given up talking to them.
The managers Danielle and Scott are rude and not helpful at all, they expect you to do their jobs for them. Park is infested with termites. Owner doesn't live close by and does not care about anything the homeowners have to say, not his problem so he lets the managers make up their own rules as they go. Glad to be out of there!
I meant 5 stars. I love Lake deer! You've guys made my aunt Marianne, and my grandmother, Mimi Aka Mary Dwyer have a great mobile home living experience in a nice close nit community. Thanks again!
