Located in Haines City just 37 miles from Orlando. From Orlando & Tampa, exit I-4 via Exit 55 at US Hwy 27. Go south 8.6 miles towards Haines City. Then turn left on CR-17 (also known as Polk City Rd.). Go 100 yards, RV park is on right.
From FL State Rd. 60, go north at US Hwy. 27 for 16 miles to CR-17 (also known as Polk City Rd.). Make right, go 100 yards, and RV park is on the right, behind the CVS.
My mom lives there and I was sooooo happy to see that it's a clean community. The homes look awesome. There's a pool ,a hot tub and I think there's a little community center. Over all, the place is well maintained
My experience thus far has been really good. My neighbors are really friendly yet mind their own business. I'm truly enjoying it. You don't have to be looking over your shoulder.

Any issues or concerns they take care of it right away.We had some
very bad residents creating lot of problems and spreading unwanted
stories about our complex.
Thank god court ejected those tenants and today our park is peaceful
and free of trouble makers.
Very happy to live in a community like this.Due to its location very
difficult to buy a mobile home.
