I moved from Louisiana to Florida about a month ago. Found ThemeWorld Resort for me and my family to live and I love it here.The office Manager Melissa is wonderful and great any questions we had when we arrived she answered everyone one of them. Park is kept up and clean . I love it here and I look forward to making this my home for years to come.❤️💜💙💚🧡
Love the tranquility. Great place to get back on your feet. The staff is always available and professional and understanding. Their response for repairs or maintenance is reasonable. Thank you guys for keeping things clean and for always communicating with us via text of things going on on property. It's nice to know that you guys are on top of it. 🤗
I have visited and stayed at ThemeWorld for several years. I have also been sending my boys there every summer to spend time with their grandparents who live there. Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. The staff there are great and attentive to the needs of the people. The pool is absolutely amazing, very clean and refreshing and recently upgraded. The sites are well taken care of, including the newly renovated park for the children. The houses are also gorgeous inside. Everything is pretty close by with I-4 being so conveniently situated across from the park. Overall, this is a wonderful place to visit and/or live in.
I have lived here for over five years and I have no regrets about it! There used to be different management and ownership. The park was showing some age but since Sun and the new manager, Melissa, took over, it has been great! They have done improvements to the pool area, built a new playground, etc. Also, Melissa and the staff are super helpful and responsive to our concerns. My wife and I have 4 kids in a 500sq.ft. tiny home and we aren’t in a hurry to leave. Great place to live!
Worst place ever to live at, the staff in the office is no help. Their is a Spanish lady that works their her name is JAHERA she is the biggest thief. She will enter your home without your permission. The manager John is no help. No wonder why corporate is trying to get him out the office. Sun community's is in huge debt. The pool has been closed almost a month. the laundry room is always dirty and messy. Theirs a huge pot hole next to the dumpster that's gonna cost them $1 million dollars to fix that they can't even afford to fix. If their was a no star that's what I would pick. I don't recommend anyone to live their. Each year they raise your rent sky high. 2 of the maintenance men can't read the electric and water meters correct. So your electric and water bill is sky high. The front desk lady name Lisa scams you for more money then what you actually owe on your rent and water and sewer bill.
