Small retirement community with an active group of residents. Heated pool. Club house with activities. In the affordable range for rent. Maintenance does a good job keeping the place up.
Stored my Class B motorhome here for 2 months. Just arrived on February 1st to find my catalytic converter had been cut out. Checked a few other motorhomes and they had theirs cut out too. No response from the owners. Very disappointing. Just wanted to let others know.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLES IN THEIR STORAGE AREA! Left our motorhome here & had our catalytic converter stolen as well as others. Bad if any security. Front Gate is rarely closed & no one regularly in the office. Back area is easily accessible. Office told me they saw where the thieves entered! Guessing they know its not a secure lot.
