Friendly residents, nice pool tables, and clean swimming pool. New Office manager still doesn't know how to do her job. Been here 7 or 8 months and still can't do bookings. Maintenance man is in the office all the time showing her how to take deposits and run the computer. That's why bathrooms aren't clean and trash is full. Office mgr. makes up rules that don't apply to her friends. Very sexist. Likes harassing men with her made up rules like where to park and stay off grass but doesn't say anything to women when they do the same thing 2 minutes later. She has no business management skills. Should make the maintenance man the manager. He's already doing the job.
