Seems like a very nice community! I was just there to drop off an order but office staff was very nice when I stopped to ask about leaving brochures in laundry! Very clean, sites looked full

Called to ask for a site for me and my wife. I am a disabled veteran. They told us they would not rent to my wife because I am not 55 yet my wife is 63 years old. Said they do not follow the florida 80/20 law and would not put it in writing that they would not rent to us purely due to my age. They discriminate against disabled American veterans. Will be filing a complaint with the florida states attorneys office for age discrimination and veteran discrimination.

We visited here in October (2019) and lucked out with an older couple who decided they could no longer make the trip from NYC. After we moved in, many people stopped by and welcomed us. Everyone we spoke with loved staying here and I am sure we will too. We were treated very nice by the office staff (Mary) and grounds manager (Lenny).

Since October 2020, this has been our home community. In December 2021, we purchased a home in the community and hopefully our forever home. We love it here as do many other full-time residents of Lakemont Ridge.
