Spent 9 days at this RV campground. Nice owner. Electric, water, sewer worked

perfectly. No problems, except music was a little loud at night from the saloon in front of the campground. We left tv on to drown out noise. The rate was more than reasonable... $18 per day.

The owner went overboard to ensure we had what we needed! Great little park to stay a few days. If ur looking for a resort place don't stay here. But if you just need a spot for a few days..affordable rates with full hook ups. Want a cocktail in the evening and friendly people? Then this might be for you!

Most terrible RV park we have ever been.

Weekends loud music till deep in the night from the bar.

Shouting and screeming residents all other nights till the police came and arrested one.

No clear drinking water (bleach added), no restrooms available, dirty laundry room, dirty campground, a lot of lunatics.

We were here for 3 nights and will never return.

Price was good. 18 dollars a night. OK for a quick stop. Bar next door was lively but we just turned up the fans. Host was pleasant. Has shade trees, definitely a plus in Texas heat.

Super friendly owner. Nice beyond the call of duty. Sites are level and most have trees. Utilities are fine. Location is good. Highway noise was bearable for me. Wifi is slow and goes out occasionally, but is good enough for basic surfing but not for streaming. Cable TV only for long-term residents. Some of the permanent residents don't really keep up outer appearances and along with some overgrown weeds the place looks a bit run down. But I still had an enjoyable stay.
