Seven Bluff Cabins is situated along 50 acres of pecan, cypress, and juniper trees on the banks of the Frio River in Concan, Texas. Towering over the property is Seven Bluff itself, a sheer limestone cliff named after the “7” emblazoned on its face.
Since 1988 our family has operated the property and cabins with one goal in mind to make sure our guests have a relaxing vacation that allows you to enjoy the best the Frio River has to offer.

Our family has been coming to Seven Bluff Cabins for over 20 years. Family atmosphere and awesome front desk service.
Worst experience ever on this property. Waited around for hours to be checked in after being told before our stay we could check in early. My family and I were stopped more than once from other guests at the river, on the same property, telling us it was private property. I had to show them our wristbands to let them know we were with 7 bluffs. Just seemed weird because I wouldn't stop anyone telling them this is private property. The cabins were nice, the views were nice. Customer service not good. We waited around from 10 in the morning thinking we were able to check in early, till 4 pm to get our group of 14 checked in. My 7 year old was miserable as so was the rest of us, waiting with no where to go. We were 5 hours from home and no where to go. The manager knew this and did not care. Instead we were offered ice-cream for the mistake they made. Worst experience ever.
This is a RV park in the midst of a pecan orchard along with multiple cabins for rent. Office staff (Autumn) & support staff (Chad) were awesome in accommodations and service. Pet friendly & Dish service is rentable. They provide tools to clean the BBQ pit. Nice walking trails and access to the river. The pool is nice. We stayed 5 days with great relaxation! Make reservations a year in advance is the only negative!
When we first arrived at 7 Bluff Cabins, we couldn't believe we were still in Texas. Surrounded by panoramic limestone, you can't help but feel immediately present in the beauty of the property. What we loved most about the grounds was being able to walk straight to the Frio River during lunchtime for a quick dip or an afternoon float. The setup of the cabins around a courtyard of Pecan, Cypress, and Juniper trees make for a very comforting, neighborly feel. As an added bonus, the pool is gorgeous, and the onsite check-in store has all the things you may have forgotten for your stay. We can't wait to come back!
We just loved staying at 7 Bluff! The staff were so wonderful, the smiles ever present and always time for a chat.
The grounds are magnificent with buck, squirrels and the most beautiful bird life. The river is most definitely a spot to take a book, a chair, and spend time at (or in!) the water.
The RV facilities were great and amenities were all in good condition.
Would highly highly recommend a visit! :-)
