This park is very quiet very protected and in my view so far a great place to feel secure in and Trust. I have not had any issues at all with anything. And I've been here over a month now. Everybody is courteous and the management here really looked after the people who stay here. Couldn't ask for any quieter place. It's almost too quiet

Updated review .

Very nice quiet and secure RV Park. Unfortunately honesty and integrity of the park are now in question. You're told one thing but another thing happens. I was told our rent would not go up. It has. I gave them a month of rent a month ahead of schedule and when things change for me and I tried to get it back I couldn't. So my review will shrink down to two stars. Hate to do it but it's necessary. Honesty is necessary.

Seemed quiet and peaceful. Neighbors seemed to be neat and clean. Reasonably priced lots for rent.

I met a nice couple named Shayla and Cody who were very informative. Couldn't have gotten better help.

Considering moving an RV down to a space soon, this spring! 🤔

My wife went to talk to the guy who runs the place. Apparently he sold it and still works there. She heard him on the phone saying people didn't have water and they can wait till tomorrow even though he could have it fixed the same day. Showed complete disinterest in being there. Wants access to your bank accounts and all kinds of nonsense just to rent you a square of dirt. I sold a truck company worth more than that park a few months ago which my wife tried to explain, and he said we'd get denied because I don't have current check stubs lol. It's a wonder how some people end up in positions to own things like that.

Where do I even start? This is a gravel pit with NO amenities. There is no laundry or bathrooms or showers. This is not a “park”. You are right next to your tweaker neighbors. The cops were there every other day and it is so NOISY. The fedex distrubution center is behind you the freeway is to the west and the trains run constantly to the east. There are no trees or shade and it seems like everyone is watching you.

Have fun getting a hold of anyone in the office. Maybe it’s better now that someone is employed but it was horrible to try to pay rent. I filled out a bunch of paperwork and had to make sure my rig was new meanwhile there are rigs with toilets and trash all over the place.

I would never come back and they still owe me my security deposit. I’ll take this down if Sterling Properties ever actually solves this issue!

Just go literally anywhere else!

EDIT- they have refunded 60% of my first month and deposit still trying to get over $500 from them!
