From jct Hwy 15 & US 1 (Bucksport): Go 2 mi E on US 1, then 1/8 mi S on Leaches Point Rd.
Very well maintained mobel home park.Owners are very helpful and friendly.
Hoa fee continues to go up.even when no maintenance is being done in the park.there are better places to live for less with more amenities.
Please take me off your list thank you .did not visit i have lived across the road all my life very nice park has been since the start .
Shady Oaks Mobile Home Park I give 5 stars. I know a family that lives there. They live there for a long time. She's very happy there, and only has good things to say about the park. She told me being there five stars.
