Exceptionally well maintained family campground. We used site 3 right next to the office because we were trailering back and forth for an event nearby and needed an easy pull through space for each night with our 26' camper trailer. It was easy enough to drive into and the firepit next to the office wound up fairly private since we didn't have a neighbor on that side. None of the sites have much privacy, but the campground is extremely well maintained, very nice hosts, great playground for the kids, etc. Very close location to Freeport also.

Really liked the family friendly atmosphere and the owners seem to do a good job an ensuring that campers adhere to rules. They have full hookup (electrical, water, sewer) and that’s quite convenient. Bathrooms and facilities are clean. For tenting though, the space is not ideal as they are lined with driveway gravel are pointy and uncomfortable.

Very disappointed with our campsite. We are state and national park campers and stayed there because it was closer to our home at the end of our vacation. Quiet times were posted but not observed and people were constantly walking through our tent site while we were there. We felt that we were over charged for the few times that we used the electricity to charge our cell phones.

Beautiful camp ground. Well taken care of! Had a chance to speak to the owner outside the bathroom. He is a wonderful man! This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have been too. Even the outhouses/privy are pristine. Happy to have happened upon this place!

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional! The campground offers a wide range of amenities, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cabin we stayed in was clean and maintained with a fridge/microwave/coffee pot, heat/AC, queen bed, bunkbeds, and bathroom, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat.

A unique feature we loved was the option to rent linens, which came in handy as we hadn't brought our own. It made our stay stress-free and convenient.

It's also worth mentioning that Cedarhaven is a Christian Campground that operates based on high morals and values. We appreciated the solid level of trust and honesty we experienced from the staff. It created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay all the more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend Cedar Haven Family Campground for a memorable and peaceful getaway!
