We met some old friends there by chance & had a good visit. The staff was great & the atmosphere is fantastic. We didn't need to eat anything but that might be in the future

An essential stop when traveling through the Bighorns, and one of my favorite places! We rent snowmobiles here every year and it’s great!

Our room was 108. The room looks half remodeled or torn apart. The service lady did not wipe anything on our first morning or make the bed. Linen only and trash pickup. NO Shampoo or conditioner. For the price of each night. The afternoon evening person at the main register was pretty rude when we had issues with our internet not working on our phone. Needs training. She also was put out when leaving the restaurant at 8.10pm. The next morning with the help with another employee we figured out the issue. Wrong ip address. The food was great., but the morning buffet did not include juice or milk. $2. 69 for a 6oz glass of milk. Bacon over cooked and sausage was like warmed up. Highway robbery. Just saying.

My family had lunch at Bear Lodge yesterday (1/28/24) and it was delicious! Our waiter, Colter, was very attentive and polite, as well as the other staff we came across.

THANK YOU! 🙂

A huge thanks goes out to Jon, a.k.a. Dr Frankenstein and Dennis in the Polaris rental / repair shop at Bear Lodge Resort as they brought our snowmobile riding back to life on Sunday with an impromptu break lever repair. Well done and thank you!
