If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the worst place to stay and will be moving my camper ASAP. The owner is not only rude, but calls me at 02:00 in the am and proceeds to cuss me out due to my dog being loud and running all over the RV site. I have been here two weeks, and in that time frame she had come to my camper several times, and banged on the side of my camper to slow down, while I am sleeping. How in the Hell can I be driving down the road in the middle of my sleep schedule? I am a night shifter and sleep from the time I get home until about an hour till I have to leave for work. Secondly, she only takes cash payments, or payments by check. I have not once ever carried checks, and always have been able to pay via cash app, paypal or venmo, this owner has no intention of taking any sort of those payments. Horrible customer service, and has no part available on site incase of an emergency and is told "you will have to find that elsewhere, that is not my responsibility. You need to be better prepared."

Free water, electricity, and wifi. Fit for 50 amp connections and sewer. Also best price in town. Great deal. Laundry, restrooms, and showers available. Many rabbits. Can see the mountains all around.

Nice, safe and quiet place. Few minutes from the towncenter. Full-hook up with reasonable rate.

Woke up with the view like this from campsite 20.

We are The Certified RV Techs, a mobile RV  repair company based out of Fort Davis, Texas.  We stopped by today to speak with the manager and left some business cards but she thought we were there to discuss repairs for her and said she was busy and didn't need anything.  To clarify, we were there in case a customer asked if she knew any techs in the area for repairs on their motorhomes.  The state of Texas requires differing licenses for propane transportation, filling and RV repairs.  According to the state of Texas, as of today, we are the only techs within our 3 neighboring counties with the training and licensing to work on propane in RVs.  We also do repairs on plumbing, electrical, roofing, AC, furnaces, and slides.  Please call with any RV repairs you may need.

Four three two 249 two four one four.  Perhaps we will be able to meet with the manager at another not so busy time.  Thank you.

Stayed for 6 weeks and really liked it here. It's not a huge park and outside of town a bit so it was very quiet and peaceful. Since it's surrounded by ranchland with mountains in the distance it is scenic and the sunsets were fabulous. Spaces are big and there are a lot of trees in between.

I was working remotely from here and the internet was excellent. In the whole 6 weeks I was there it was always blazing fast and reliable. They have a fiber internet connection and good wifi infrastructure.

The prices are beyond reasonable, very affordable.

Laundry room was clean and easy to get to.
