Mostly clean park besides dog poop everywhere. A lot of people on the weekend but you have enough space still. Only issue is the bathrooms by the park. Mens room- timer on showers shuts the water off every 3 secs (not exaggerating), not very ada friendly. Women's bathroom has bad lighting, lots of moths (cleaned around the bugs), bathtoom door doesnt open all the way and the water cold, also same issue with water timming.
This was a very good and peaceful camping experience. Such a beautiful view of the Missouri River and steps leading to the water. The restrooms and showers were clean and the staff was friendly. There's a day use area nextdoor. I enjoyed watching the ducks and geese.
