The picnic benches were destroyed. Not worth the 15 dollars. The place should be free for the type of upkeep at the location. Water pump didn't work, trash cans aere over flowing. Didn't look like anyone had been there for what seemed tk be a year except to collect the money.

Even though this campground is right off the highway, it has some awesome views of the snow capped mountains. Great place to enjoy a weekend.

We learned that due to budget constraints, Alaska state parks was going to close its campgrounds but luckily nonprofits and other local establishments have taken over managing these. No trash or water here or at Fielding Lake. Blueberry lake also off Richardson had both (I believe they had water we didn’t try)

Nice area. However, the water pump doesn't appear to work, and there are no bins for trash. Was able to reserve cabin online, but tent sites appear to be first come first serve only. There were plenty of tent spots available still in the evening.

The Donnelly Creek Rec Site has a grand view of the Alaska Range across the Delta River. Walking along the "dike" will give you many great vantages of the mountains. The campsites are somewhat protected from the wind by the long dike, built to protect the Richardson Highway. The Donnelly Creek across the road is dammed up by beavers, and you can usually get a view of what they do.
