Located just north of the Village Pond & East on Pike River Road.
Had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend 2021! Absolutely great experience! All brand new sites down below and new showers and bathrooms! Electric has 50A 30A and 20A in every box. Also had sewer right at the site!
Kids would love the merry go round if it was oiled and adjusted so the bearings actually work. You spin it as hard as you can and it goes a quarter turn! Other than that... it's a park. That's all.
Have attended a few graduation parties at the pavilion. Great space to have a gathering. Bathrooms are a short walk away. Sand volleyball court and plenty of lawn/open space to have other yard like games. The small kitchen in the pavilion is really nice with running water, electricity, refrigerators, etc.
Overall nice little quiet campground, some businesses are nearby so you’ll hear trucks and cars go by during work week. Trees are small as of the writing of this review, once they mature there will be plenty of shade. Full hookups in the lower section and lots of areas to camp at the upper section. Reasonably priced
Things to note, every Friday at 4pm, they test the emergency siren for 3 minutes.
Site 11 floods when it rains hard since all the run off gathers there for some reason.
There are walking trails for you to take your pup.
Restrooms are nice and clean, showers are provided but cost ¢.25 for two minutes.
No wifi but get good cell coverage
