Take Highway 57 (right hand turn at the Hwy42/57 split) on the north end of Sturgeon Bay. Hwy 57 will rejoin with Hwy 42 in Sister Bay. HyLand Court is 2 miles north of Sister Bay on Hwy 42.
First time here after staying at Egg Harbor campground for many years, however needed a change after staying last year. Hi-Land is very nice, quiet and clean. Very friendly when checking in & out, and offered help if needed. Will come back again next season.
Hy-Land Court RV Park is the greatest RV Park, not just in Door County… but I think anywhere I’ve ever stayed.
Let me premise by saying, I’ve been coming here for the last 3-5 years (I’ve lost track). Every time I’ve been here, I’ve loved it. Just off Hwy 42, and nestled nicely away from the hustle and bustle of some of the busier towns, the location is a stones throw from pretty much everything. Spaces are constantly well-kept, included trash pickup, beautiful tree-sites and open-air sites for every camper’s style, and a beautiful new office to check in, grab wood, ice, or things to do.
Above all else though, are the people who work here. The week I am up here for pumpkin fest, Cindy and Butch went WAY out of their way to accommodate me from… we’ll call it an undesirable situation. They could have told me tough luck but they worked hard to help find me a different spot than the one I had reserved. A spot that would fit more my “atmosphere”.
Every time I come up here and chat with Cameron, he is engaged, interested and genuinely wants to talk to guests. I honestly cannot say more incredible things about this place and could probably go on forever. Stay here! That’s all ic a say, you will not regret it!!!
Larger campsites with full hookups only two showers and toilet stalls for both men and women but cleaned twice a day and they are spotless... Supposedly another bath house is going to be built in the future but it seems as though most larger campers use their own facilities. Beautiful grounds, canopy trees, spacious sites... Closest sister babe but a little further from the other towns so us being on a little 125 motorcycle tends to be a bit far but still definitely our new favorite camp site in door county! No amenities for children like playground or pool and a bit quieter...
