Nice campground with decent size sites. If you go in a wooded site it's a little more tight for larger campers. I was disappointed by the office staff. They were not very friendly. It also appeared that they had staffing issues as the water slides would close randomly or not even open. Overall I did like the layout of the campground and my kids have more than enough activities to keep busy.

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend for a family gathering. From reservation to checkout we were treated professionally and with kindness! KUDOS to you! There is so much to do here there is no need to leave EVER! :-) The waterpark was open with many friendly lifeguards on duty, the pond with the inflatables was nice, pie eating contest, a band, those pedal bikes and mini golf. We played the human foosball, explored the grounds, rode bikes and enjoyed the evening glo ride. The bathrooms and laundry area were always clean. We highly recommend and will likely return.

Do NOT camp here! We won't be back. My family and I came to the campground for our last camping trip before school starts. The kids were super excited for the pool and slide that are the first picture that shows up when you search on Google. First, we pulled into our site and there was dog poop all over it. (I get the campsite was not the dog owner but they didn't clean it up either) The first day we were there it was too cold to swim so we went to the playground. There we found soda cans everywhere. I told my son to pick them up and throw them away because someone has to, the staff wasn't. We then decided to play shuffleboard. So we went to the office and it was closed. At 5:45pm. The sign on the door said they were open until 8pm. The next day we decided we were going to explore Door County until after lunch when the pool opened at 2pm. Wierd timing but whatever. We got to the pool at 2pm and waited at the gate. No one came. At 2:15 I walked to the office and asked if the pool was going to open. They told me NO. I proceeded to tell the lady behind the desk that we only reserved here because the site had pictures of a beautiful pool with large slides. She wouldn't even look up from her paperwork to hear me. I was fuming! I left and my wife went back to the office like a hurricane. They did end up refunding our stay as we told them we were leaving a day early. Thats the only good thing they did. Kids were disappointed and we were frustrated. I spent 2 vacation days, tons of gas and time setting up and taking down our site for this to be the outcome. Please do not waste your time with this campsite. There are many many sites in Door County that will treat you (the customer) much better.

We went for Father's day 2023. Slides were closed. Are whole purpose for going. Also had to hike everything to our campsite. We weren't told it was a no vehicle site. Make sure you ask questions prior to making reservations.

Garbage management!!! Unfortunately I can't leave a 0 star review. Booked 2 nights in their cabin for a one last hoorah before wrapping up the summer fun. Got there, seen the cabin was not stocked with any of the "basic needs." After the THIRD attempt at getting the right cabin key from the staff who was clearly under the influence of something, we called and requested a refund and was told "yes our system is down today, come back tomorrow and we can refund it." So we left. Tried getting back in touch with the "manager" and never heard from her again. Had we known that we actually were not going to be refunded, we would have figured out a way to make due vs forfitting ALL of our money. Few days later they had "revised the website" to include the information. Months later we are still waiting on a return call from the broad and our refund. Don't stay in their cabins if you are looking to have anything more than a roll of toilet paper. Bring all your own utensils and bedding. Well.... at that rate AVOID staying Herr and rent an Air B&B instead.
