The Conoco station potable water tap was off line, and the nice lady allowed me to fill up 20 gallons worth for a reasonable price.

I purchase propane 3 times a week and from what I seen this place is top notch. If only my RV was a few years younger I would have been a resident, rules are rules.

Haven’t stayed here but buy propane here all the time. Excellent prices on that. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Looks like a nice place to stay too!

The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful, and the lots are nice-sized with a small "yard" for BBQs or other small gatherings. Long-term lots have parking for 2 vehicles (haven't looked at short-term stay parking). Wifi and cable are easily accessible and are included in the price. Long-term lots do pay electricity along with lot rent, but prices are very reasonable. Probably the nicest feature, that most parks do not have, is the on-site propane, that the staff will come to get your tanks, refill them, bring them back, and hook them up for you. While this service is offered to all renters, as someone who is disabled, this is a lifesaver. The only catch to the propane is you have to call them to have it filled during business hours, which is I think 6 pm, and they're open on weekends for propane as well. Long-term lots also have access to fiber internet at the renter's expense. Up to 6 Gbps. But for those not running an entire smartphone and several computers, they do have other packages that are very reasonably priced. Walking distance from shopping and grocery. We love it here!

So friendly. Down to earth. Only place to get propane on weekends! Thanks for being here! Always cheaper than the one next door.
