The price was right, and i feel they are trying to work on the place but there is still alot lacking. There is no water or sewer connections at the RV sites, and the showers are "under Construction". I didn't see any construction per se so i can't attest to that. I'd say it's fine for a night but much more than that might be a stretch. In addition, my wife is athletically challengend and she fell of her bike on a small make shift bridge they have set up over a little creek that runs through the property. She fell over the railing and onto a lowered embankment. If she would have fell another foot over to the right she could have been seriously injured. The legal and medical costs for that would me wouldn't be good for us or the RV park! I have to say it's not a bad space they just need to put in some TLC. Oh lastly the Rover registration system is convenient but there is no one running this place. I have yet to see an employee come around, and they have a nice lounge but they have no on site management.

Over priced electric tent sites that are packed tightly together. ($50) No rv dumb station or actual water station. Good location next to creek. (when it’s flowing) One restroom in office and a couple portalets. Lots of wildlife for how busy this place is, which was pretty cool. Saw a young bear, raccoons, owl, and trout during our one night stay.

This campground is ok. It's definitely not the greatest campground you would ever go to. When you come into the campground on your right, the trailers are obviously a bunch of people that live there. Underneath the hitches, they have boarded up for storage, and some even have porches that they have constructed off their trailers. Tent sites are lumped close together with RV and trailers mixed in with tent camping. The Bathhouse isn't kept clean and maintained. I could tell it was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Lots of ticks! Make sure to pack extra bug spray. Traffic can also be loud. Nearby, you can hear the road and the highway. Also, early morning the residents of the trailers must get up and go to work early. There is more traffic on the campground then I would expect before 7am.

Great little campsite on our way out to California! It stormed the night we stayed so we got good use of the common room to charge up our phones and hang out! The bathrooms were also very clean
