The Conoco station potable water tap was off line, and the nice lady allowed me to fill up 20 gallons worth for a reasonable price.

The gentleman running the place is great. Very friendly and helpful. That said, the location is very close to a superhighway with the commensurate level of noise. The grounds themselves could use a gradind and a few loads of gravel. Not that you can't level up, but drainage is very poor.
