We love this rv park!!! Adriana is the best !!! Very welcoming and nice will go out of her way to help u. Everything is clean and we'll maintained here .They throw Summer BBQs at the pool with lots of yummy food!!!! We love living there and feel like we are on vacation everyday.
I can't say enough good things about this RV Park, The Vacationer was one of those places we booked for 6 months to try it out and stayed permanently, that's how much we like it. Besides the constant renovation efforts, the cleaning up is also daily, always improving the landscape, spaces, lightings, the park has a management that responds immediately to the tenants needs. Jim Nicolete is the star of this business, since day one we felt at home, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our space, relocated us to a better spot, but most importantly, since we are an LGBT couple that has been together for 16 years, we never once had any attitude or comment from him that made us feel less equal or different, quite the opposite, me and my husband feel special every day living here. We were very lucky to have chosen this place to call home. Haven't even mentioned the big pool with a gazebo and a bbq place, the SPA with clean hot bubbles and the pool table in the party/conference room. All the other workers deserved a mention in this post but I am going to praise Adriana, which is the right arm of Jim, perfect since day one. Well, I told you I couldn't say enough good things...
I've been here for a month now and the staff is friendly, the place is well maintained and I just had an opportunity to enjoy there taco Tuesday night. I would recommend this place to anyone.
It was great staying here. Loved the people. 99% of the employees were great. Unfortunately the manager Jim put me on the "do not rent" list because my RV isn't 10 years old or newer and he said it made his park look trashy and run down which I thought was pretty rude and blunt for it being my one and only interaction with the man (I was literally in the process of buying one so that I could apply to stay long term 😔) They are currently in the process of displacing dozens of families because their RVs are 2012 or older even though the people are in compliance with every Rule and have made on time rent payments for years without complaints. If you have a newer model RV, you'll be accepted, no questions asked, quite literally.
