Accessible via Interstate 8, State Highway 86, and State Highway 111. Cross Streets: Near the intersection of E Ross Road and Old Highway 111/Singh Road.
This park, in urban El Centro, Ca appears to be 25yrs or older and appears to be populated by month at a time residents. Utilities are not modern, but may well be functional. My electric service appears to be 30A, but I am leery of using sewer connection since fluid is visible in dump fitting (3" below top) and (I don't need an overflow)
Don't know, alot about the RV park, I'm told it's a nice place to live. The rents are reasonable, and not noisy people. Check it out, if your looking for a place to live.
Nice play to live in, but hated the pool lady/manager! She was so rude to us and made us leave the pool because of our shirt type. We had the material that was related to the one that is required. And even, there was a boy with a 100% cotton made shirt, and didn't kick him out! She is rude, and I felt like she has certain ways to treat people. In my opinion she should be FIRED!!!
No potable water for dump customers.
Staff offered tank flush hose in lu of potable water. I explained that bacteria and polyps would contaminate my fresh water tank.
Its been a couple of drive by shootings in the trailer park this year alone. 😢 Used to be safe.
Old Office manager had it under control.
