It's an RV Park. We always like coming here. The staff is friendly and responsive. They go out of their was to make it enjoyable. See you next time.

Stayed 2 weeks in my 24' class c in this potentially awesome campground. Sites are large with some trees for shade, good water and maple electricity. The bathrooms and showers are clean and modernized. The swimming pool and spa are under remodeling as of the writing of this review.

Now for the bad news. Many irresponsible humans with dogs. I was barked at and growled at as I would take my morning walk around the park. I saw dogs not on a leash and was even attacked by my neighbor's dog. Thankfully I wasn't bitten but makes for a very unpleasant stay. I rerouted my daily walk and was met with selfish angry dog owners as the word got around. After I went into town to enjoy a free meal for Veterans Day, I returned to my site that was flooded with the smell of urine and flies. My guess is someone dumped a container of urine behind my site. I get the message, I will never go back to Encore Pilot Knob. The unfriendliness and malicious intent of dog owners at this park is fearful. I do not recommend staying at this park.

Run down place in a real bad location. Train horns all night, to close to the very noisy highway. Friendly lady at check in, but charging full price for a park were pool, showers and laundry are closed for renovation? Avoid if you can, sorry. (Also, local sheriff drove over the park twice in a night, and border patrol stopped outside to check out some hiding places, did not feel to safe. The sunset was incredible btw.

The park was very nice and great for quiet stays. The surroundings were a little mild but the sites were nice and level concrete pads. They allowed us to put up temporary dog fencing so we could hang out with the dogs off leash outside. Great start to our maiden voyage with our travel trailer!
