A peaceful winter "home" for snowbirds.

We paid $400/month for full hookups plus $40 for electricity.

The manager is very pleasant and accommodating. She will show you the available sites and let you choose. They offer Passport America rates for up to 3 days.

Sites are large enough, mixed grass & sand. Mature trees provide some shade and aesthetics. The RV sites are in a separate section than the long-term residents. Folks are friendly.

There is a swimming pool and a spa, both kept clean and free of debris. There is a clubhouse (with wifi available), but no scheduled activities. There is a single bathroom in there with a shower that you can use. A new gym-room just opened. The laundry building (out by the dumpsters) has very old machines--some work, some just don't. We go to one of the many well-attended laundromats in town.

The park is surrounded by scenic agriculture fields, a pretty water canal in the back, and distant mountains views out front--great to catch the sunset! If you're into ATVs, you can get on those type of roads directly out of the park.

Peaceful and mostly quiet there except for an occasional passing train.

3 miles from Yuma with all the shopping and other activities that you could ever need.

Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay for the winter.

Super friendly host. We appreciated the nice and clean shower. The spots are spacious and surrounded by palm trees. If you have Passport America, it's even more affordable and definitely a good option for visiting Yuma.

Totally recommended place to stay close to Yuma (just 10 min from downtown). Very nice and friendly hosts. Nice, clean, and really hot shower/bathroom; pool and hot tub; quiet and paceful; mix of long term and short term residents. The spaces are fairly big (bigger than most RV resorts around) with full hookups, and they have Passport America discount. What else can you ask for?

People are friendly. Park is safe and run professionally.

It's like an oasis in the desert. Many nice trees. Old and rustic in a good way. Rates are reasonable. Rules are reasonable and clearly laid out.
