We woke up at 3am to get here by sunrise and were not disappointed! Absolutely beautiful Dunes everyone thinks we were out of the country! Lovely spot!
Parking for easy access to the Imperial Sand Dunes view. You can walk into the dunes from here. Beautiful sunset.
Lovely place. Not recommended for hot days and make sure bring enough water and food. Little far from store and gas stations
Best dunes I've been to for sure. Sand is so soft, great for snowboarding or sledding. Make sure to catch the sunrise and avoid the heat
No words can describe the beauty of the vista of sand dunes just before sunset, surrounded by jagged mountain peaks in the far distance. See pics. Better yet, visit in person! Next time I'll bring a snow sled as sledding these dunes looked like a ton of fun!
