In Carefree, AZ, take N. Cave Creek Rd. north 3.1 miles to Bartlett Lake sign (East Bartlett Dam Rd.). Turn right onto East Bartlett Dam Rd. and go 13.5 miles, following signs to Bartlett Reservoir, to stop sign. (After 6.3 miles, East Bartlett Dam Rd. becomes Forest Rt. 19). Turn right at stop sign and continue on Forest Rt. 19 and go 2.4 miles to campground.
