Great location just outside the city limits. Nearby walking and biking trails by the river are easy to access. The park itself could use some upgrades but there are daily activities to join in on. No pool or hot tub but there’s one pool table, shuffle board and bean bag toss. Shower and laundry facilities are adequate. Not the best we’ve been in but the price by the week or month is pretty good and you are close enough to everything to make it work. Best of all it is a quiet place

We planned to stay here for a week. We ended up staying a month due to COVID. This is a super friendly RV park that we’d revisit in a heartbeat. The staff and tenants were all super friendly. Additionally, the park is at the end of a great walking trail.

After reading the last post so glad we did move to this park. When came through about a year ago was pretty empty. I don't understand if the two ladies running the park are that awfull why are they still running the park. Stay clear away from this park.

Older park with smaller sites but very quiet and clean. Residents are a nice mix of permanents and snowbirds. Clean laundry and everything works. Close to many walking trails and parks. Great location for in town sights. Well run by manager Michelle.
