The information is not very accurate. Camping is very limited and not acceptable for larger campers. Set up for horses, hiking. Trails not marked for ohv and ATV. Beautiful area but do not be here when there are storms.
Beautiful scenery. Very poorly marked trails. If you want to hike the loop, note that there is no sign telling you to leave the wash. The wash continues for miles off to the east, and is mostly deep sand.
The highlight of this trail system is going to the top of Redtop...it's a fantastic view but a tough climb near the top. Otherwise the trails are pretty average. There are a lot of trails and Jeep roads, many of which are not marked, so it's easy to get lost if you're not careful.
Rode the A trail with four horses and it was technical and fun. We went clockwise and was able to find the signs easily to keep us on trail. We'll be back to explore the other trails in this system. Recommend an experienced trail horse for this loop due to the technical difficulty and narrow trails in some sections.
