Directions

From I-8 & 4th Ave Exit: (quickest route) Just take 4th Ave Exit off I-8, head right (south) to the 1st St. stop light. Go right (West) on 1st St. for 2.7 miles (this includes a road curve to the left (South) for the last block); go right (West) on Riverside Drive (see our large sign on the right) for 1.4 miles to the end of the road. Look for our water tower on the right. Use it as a landmark. Go right (North) on Strand Ave. 0.3 miles, driving over a canal. We're at the end of the road--nestled between the Colorado River and the agricultural fields--in a wonderful peaceful rural setting, yet close to town and shopping.

What The Heck? This place is abandoned. The website shows amenities and activities. It may have been nice at one time but now it's a ghost town. It was so run down! The RV section did not have one renter. It was a patking lot surrounded by dispair.

Not one outside, not in the office, it was all locked up.

We met so many nice people at Cocopah when we participated at the monthly craft show and sale! The staff and residents are so friendly and seem to love it there!

Here in a fifth wheel again. Great amenities and price is reasonable. Roads are tight but sites are spacious. Can bike ride into old Yuma downtown from the park

The staff has been extremely hard to work with. Their policies are absolutely no cancellations. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in management but they will not call or email me back. I’m trying to ask for a refund of my reservation due to a hardship, my reservation is over a year away, and they won’t even work with me!!! I do not recommend-there are other RV parks in this area!!

Great week long stay. Excellent amenities with a pool, tennis courts, dog park, gym, golf course…such a beautiful and well maintained place with pride. everyone there was so welcoming and lovely.

I don’t think it’s officially 55+, but it seems to be the crowd. Kind, quiet, neighborly and clean people all call this home.

Very affordable too. Close to everything. ~10-15 min drive away.

What a pleasant and unexpectedly awesome stay (we ended up here due to a gps error. Sure glad we did).
