Homeowners association doesn't fix anything pool fence has been broke for a while laundry room door is about to fall off other than that it seems like a very friendly place to live with good neighbors and the outside area is well kept
DON’T MOVE HERE! If you need a quick place to stay for a minute. This roach infested community could be so much more but management.
Great location super close to the main roads and down the street from Fry’s. The complex is pretty quiet throughout the day and evening. The property could use a little bit more maintenance for landscaping but it does look good. the laundry room is also well-kept as well.
Someone was shot to death here this afternoon. Crime in this area is intense. Consider going further east (past Greenfield) or out of Mesa altogether for safer neighborhoods.
