Convenient Yuma location on 11th & Ave B. They have small conventional units for short term (one month or so) rentals that are reasonable. The place seems to be well managed and quiet. Not fancy, but well managed for RVers...
Over the years we have stayed at Glenaire when visiting family. This past March we rented the clubhouse apartment. While we absolutely love coming and the storage space is fabulous-we found the apartment in great disrepair-dry-rotted blinds, thread-bare sofa cushions as well as worn-out seating. The glass tabletop In the kitchen was unsteady as were the chairs and the flooring was seriously damaged. The mattress in the bedroom was fair-but if you are spending a month you expect to get a good night’s sleep. The management is very friendly but seem to be overwhelmed, so nothing improves. We will still visit but to stay for a month being uncomfortable is not what one expects.
Has imploded! Sewage on surface, California management destroying, units moving out, 20+ empty spots, roads breaking up, etc. 3 managers in 6 months, for whatever reason quickly destroying the place.
I stopped in the office to see what is available for the 2024 - 2025 season as well as the 2025 - 2026 season. The gal (Samantha) in the office was informative & showed me around. Samantha is top notch and a real asset for the community. I look forward to staying in Glenaire ...
