Stayed 4 nights in December. We enjoyed the quiet days and cool nights in this mountain area RV park away from the highway. WiFi was intermittant, but good enough for us. After comparing to a few other places in SW AZ, I wanted to emphasize how nice and quiet TTRV was. Very nice.

I would have given the RV park 5 stars but we have an all electric coach and we were charged for propane which we don’t/can’t use. The person who bought the propane gave his name as “Skip Bartab”. Obviously a fake name. I was told that we were charged because we had just left and they assumed it was us.(I did not see an office to check out in person). I find this very odd that they don’t keep better records. We did get a refund.

The RV park is very quiet and has gorgeous sunsets. The sites are generous in size, close to Tombstone, Sierra Vista and Bisbee. The park was very clean.

We got a 10% first time visitor discount. There is a 4% charge for credit card use, $2 per day charge for each dog and electricity is charged, $.17 KWH, even for I day stay. The website says to wear a mask etc etc, but I didn’t see anyone wearing one.

So, if you want a quiet place, stay here. Just closely check your emailed bill.

Stayed there 3 nights. Lots of room and clean. Charged extra $2 for each dog per night and electricity. Cost more than the other places that we stayed during our 6 months of travel. Pool, Spa, Rec Hall & Office was closed so not much to do at this RV park.

One night. Took all day and a half dozen calls to get a return call for reservations. After we checked in, we were not given wifi password. The office was closed by the time I realized. I called and texted. No answer. Paid with credit card and was charged $5 for 12 hours of electricity, $2 for dog and $1 for credit card fee, without any disclosure.

Place is trash! They're cat fishing people with pictures of a club house and pool. Stayed here 1 month and payed over $800 for nothing... People running the park are friendly, but the owner is a scammer. Nice kids play area that was fenced off and I guess only for the owners kids. Tons of pack rats. Stay anywhere but here!
