From the I10, take exit 302 south onto Highway 90. Proceed approximately 19 miles on highway 90 until the first traffic signal (Highway 82). Turn right (West). The Resort is on the left Aprox. 1/4 mile down
Manager of rv park is sadly a poor excuse for a human much less a manager of a rv park. Park is going through some huge changes, none of which benefit the residents or travelers. A lot of people have set down roots here, and are being blessed with 30-40% rent hike, loss of veteran discount, and much more....
Wife and I have been here for a year, and we can honestly say, don't support a business that thinks this little of it's patrons.

Ok place for full hookups but you pay $5 a day above the Campground cost. Also FedEx & UPS will deliver to your site I am told but if they dump the package off to the USPS the office will reject it. No phone call, period. Doubt I'll be back.
We came in late in our RV without a reservation during a torrential rain storm and although they were full, they found us a spot for emergency parking. We had been driving thru horrendous weather and were absolutely exhausted. They were so kind to take care of us so we could rest for the night.
Terrible place , the manager is the worst. The so-called owner is senile. All he cares about is money
they won’t fix things. There’s nothing to do there , very poorly managed. They treat you very unfairly and lie and never answer the phones.
I only gave them a one star because there is no lower rating. This place is only a “resort” by the name. What it really is, is a very badly managed trailer park! The people were the ones who made it a resort, unfortunately there has been a major change in the management and it became a total nightmare! The “owner”, who is also a part time resident, hired an evil dictator with no people skills as his manager. She made it mandatory that you have to have a criminal background check, which is ridiculous because she is the one with the criminal record! Rates were raised, lease options were changed, and unenforceable rules were made without any prior notice. The rules are only enforced if they “don’t like you”. They refuse to follow the Arizona Long Term Lease Laws and bully people until they leave because they do not know how to legally evict anyone. Residents who have threatened to kill other residents were allowed to stay in the park as long as they needed, but residents who were assaulted by the manager were bullied and were told they had to leave immediately! If you complain about the management, they “don’t like you” anymore and tell you that you have to leave immediately. They even fired some of their best staff because they were “too nice” to patrons! They have a maintenance worker who only cusses and swears at the residents, but they refuse to fire him! If you are looking for the WORST rv park to stay at, this is it. I would highly recommend staying away from this trailer park!!!
