I only gave them a one star because there is no lower rating. This place is only a “resort” by the name. What it really is, is a very badly managed trailer park! The people were the ones who made it a resort, unfortunately there has been a major change in the management and it became a total nightmare! The “owner”, who is also a part time resident, hired an evil dictator with no people skills as his manager. She made it mandatory that you have to have a criminal background check, which is ridiculous because she is the one with the criminal record! Rates were raised, lease options were changed, and unenforceable rules were made without any prior notice. The rules are only enforced if they “don’t like you”. They refuse to follow the Arizona Long Term Lease Laws and bully people until they leave because they do not know how to legally evict anyone. Residents who have threatened to kill other residents were allowed to stay in the park as long as they needed, but residents who were assaulted by the manager were bullied and were told they had to leave immediately! If you complain about the management, they “don’t like you” anymore and tell you that you have to leave immediately. They even fired some of their best staff because they were “too nice” to patrons! They have a maintenance worker who only cusses and swears at the residents, but they refuse to fire him! If you are looking for the WORST rv park to stay at, this is it. I would highly recommend staying away from this trailer park!!!
