The campground is set among large ponderosa pine and Gambel oak. Just six miles below the Mogollon Rim, it provides a cool shady site for picnics or camping.
Located 26 miles south of Alpine on US 191.
Great for a primitive campground. Clean outhouse. Sighted bears nearby and enjoyed eat hung them "be bears". Seal up your food....
Some of the prettiest country in Arizona. It's the wilderness, not much phone service so unplug and enjoy!
