The Three Sisters Overlook Campsite is a fully accessible, single occupancy site on the Nemo-Skip Loop Road on Wrangell Island. Site overlooks Zimovia Strait, with spectacular views of the "three sister peaks" (Virginia, Bessie, and Helen) on Etolin Island.
The site is located on Wrangell Island. From Wrangell, drive 14 mile south on Zimovia Highway. Turn right on Forest Road 6267 (Nemo-Skip Loop Road). Site is at MP 1.5. Access to site is via a short path from the parking on the roadside.
Awesome campground. Doesnt cost anything to stay. Great alaskan hospitality. U just take ur turns. That's what I love about this town. It's small enough to get ur fair share of these spots and sometimes they're ppl that are more than willing to let u camp next to them. Party down ;)
